HaOgen (Hebrew: העוגן, הָעֹגֶן, lit. The Anchor) is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain, it falls under the jurisdiction of Emek Hefer Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 543.

The community was established in 1939 by immigrants from Czechoslovakia. After spending eight years in a camp near Kfar Saba, they founded the kibbutz in 1947.

The kibbutz features one of 3 prominent indoor climbing walls in Israel.
