Disney Online Studios Canada (formerly New Horizon Interactive, and later Club Penguin Entertainment) is a leisure software company, specialized in producing and maintaining MMOGs. It partnered with RocketSnail in making Club Penguin, a site which generated significant revenues.

History

The company became a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company on August 1, 2007 for $350 million.[2][3] New Horizon Interactive achieved growth targets in 2009, and $350 million was added to the existing $350 million, making a total $700 million that Disney had invested into New Horizon Interactive by 2009.
