International Federation of American Football (IFAF) is the international governing body of American football associations. Its headquarters are in La Courneuve, France, and its current president is Tommy Wiking. The IFAF oversees the IFAF World Championship of American Football, which is held every four years.

The current goals of the organization are (1) to be part of the international sporting community, (2) to be admitted into the General Association of International Sports Federation, (3) to be accepted by the International Olympic Committee, and (4) to participate in the World Games and Olympic Games.

Structure and organization

The IFAF recognizes, in their respective areas, the European Federation of American Football (EFAF), the Pan American Federation of American Football (PAFAF), the Asian Federation of American Football (AFAF), and the Oceania Federation of American Football (OFAF).
