Puran Poli is a traditional type of sweet flatbread

This is a list of Indian breads. Indian breads are a wide variety of flatbreads and crêpes which are an integral part of Indian cuisine. Their variation reflects the diversity of Indian culture and food habits.

Luchi is a deep fried flatbread
Parotta is a layered flatbread
A stack of pathiripancakes prepared with rice flour
Pesarattu is prepared with batter of green gram (moong dal)
